Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment, including loading and unloading parts for each lot processed.
- Complete all required checklists, production logs, and documentation in compliance with ISO standards before and after equipment operation.
- Follow ESD-safe procedures during product inspection, testing, scanning, packing, and shipment of Silicon Laboratories products, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Meet or exceed daily output targets with a strong sense of diligence and self-motivation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhere to good housekeeping practices, and demonstrate multitasking capabilities to optimize manpower utilization.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and acquire new skills, including taking on test planning responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Handle basic equipment issues such as clearing jams and responding to non-critical machine alarms that do not require setup changes.
- Perform a timely lot of transactions and inspections at all inventory stages.
- Support basic production control tasks, such as prioritizing daily production loads per equipment.
- Collaborate with technicians and develop basic equipment operation skills.
- Follow supervisor instructions and be open to rotating night shifts based on business needs.
- Adhere to company policies, values, and working hours.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including supervisors, technicians, engineers, and managers.
- Assist in training new operators in equipment operations in the absence of a technician or supervisor.
- Support additional tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor.
