Job Description

  • New product introduction (NPI). Prototyping, Qualification and Launch of RF filter products.
  • Conduct engineering sample runs for prototyping activities
  • Collaborate with development and process engineering on new technologies.
  • Process Integration and yield improvement through running DOE
  • Perform die level to module level yield correlation and establish product specification
  • Ensuring prototyping inline CpK and yield meeting the target 
  • Conduct new product release meetings with various stakeholder - QA, Process, Manufacturing, Test
  • Yield reporting of new products during weekly yield meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Master in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, and Chemical Engineering or other science fields. 
  • 3 to 5 years as NPI, Process Integration Engineer or Product Engineering in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Process semiconductor experience in AOI, photolithography, sputtering, plating, bonding, backgrinding and dicing.
  • Deep understanding in either semiconductors and/or RF acoustic devices.
  • Deep understanding in advance RF Characterization: S-parameters, hot S-parameters, load pull, IMD & harmonics generation, noise emissions, and thermal measurement. 
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving skills: 8D, Fishbone diagram, and others
  • Knowledge in FMEA, Statistical process control and QC tools.
  • A proven track record as a team player on an engineering team, preferably with experience functioning effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-geographic engineering environment.
  • Programming, macro, and scripting creation (is desirable)
