Job Description

  • Perform periodic metrics update within the Quality Operation team, track follow ups and ensure proper closures.
  • Become the main contact point for the Quality Operation monitor metrics set up.
  • Develop key metrics to control the Cost of Non-Conformance and create tracking & control on the key metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams on improved Line of Sight projects.
  • Be part of the database building team like  iCAR + 8D + Lesson Learn tracking database for data analytics activities.
  • Support in Problem Solving Process to drive effective root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA within Skyworks Filter Solutions, Singapore (SFSS).
  • Harmonize Skyworks’ corrective action report (CAR) and 8D and build analysis reports to track all quality events.
  • Key part on the deviation reduction team and support in achieving department KPI’s.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in the improvement activities ( eg. Quality , yield , engineering , operation , Audit etc ). 
  • To be the key member for Quality Audit team on key operational readiness activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering or related field, Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in Data visualization tool like PowerBI , JMP , Tableau is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and work well with in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Japanese proficient is a plus.
