Description
We are seeking a passionate and independent individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This internship provides exposure to quality systems, data analytics, and process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The intern can be expected to participate and take initiative for projects such as Warehouse Management, New Enhanced MTTD Metric set-up and monitoring, Material tracking and monitoring system + visualization dashboarding.
Responsibilities
- Develop analytical dashboards to cross-validate data and identify factors impacting quality metrics.
- Assist in building systems and tools to improve manual work efficiency.
- Follow up on pending actions from other parties to ensure timely material disposition.
- Track affected nonconforming materials and monitor their status until disposition is complete or required data collection is finalized.
- Establishing and tracking new metrics to better capture Key Performance Indicators that reflects the company's performance. Enabling new visibility on opportunities
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Manager, or Head of Department, aligned with the intern role and business needs.
Required Experience and Skills
- Pursing Bachelor's Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Engineering, Data Sciences.
- Good fundamental knowledge on quality system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge in data analytics (Power Bi) is a plus.
