Job Responsibilities

Recruiting:

  • Support end to end recruitment activities for assigned departments on position not limited to Technician or Associate Engineer.
  • Source prospective candidates utilizing various methods including social recruiting channels, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
  • Handle interview arrangements and interview evaluation follow-up
  • Manage hiring expectations, offers through to offer letter acceptance
  • Recruitment dashboard and status monitoring and tracking
  • Manage system onboarding process, collection of documentation for HR P-filing
  • Assist with recruitment events and programs
  • Assist with recruitment process workflow improvements
  • Work closely with HR teams on recruitment processes and hand over of new hires after system onboarding.


Employer Branding & Campus:

  • Support various initiatives on university relations and campus recruitment (events, internships, and graduate program), employee referral & ambassador program, multitier employer branding strategy and execution, company reviews and rankings, social media marketing & analytics, digitized candidate experience.
  • Partner key HR and business stakeholders in delivering a consistent, best-in-class employee experience across markets
  • Partnered with different departments for strategic recruitment marketing targeting urgent and niche roles.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Min 2 years’ in-house recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting for Semiconductor or Electronics industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders (e.g. Engineers, Managers, Department Heads etc.)
  • Team player and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication, coordination and follow up skill.
  • Highly driven individual who is able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
