Job Description

  • New Product Development: Test Specification, Test Program and Test Process Buy-off  
  • Establish Test Solution for New Product with selected Test Core/Probe 
  • Require handling Test Machine setup, Sample measurement and Pre/Post data processing 
  • Interface with Design, NPI and Product Engineer teams to create the detailed specification and product test progress updates 
  • Daily update of the engineering sample status and next action  
  • Support Line sustainability for engineering sample when issue arise  
  • Analyze test data to validate test results and troubleshoot test issues 
  • Support Test Development for special projects aimed at improved manufacturing efficiency 
  • Require performing 12-Hour rotating shift in 4-3 shift pattern

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) or related field  
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in test environment, able to handle test inspection machine and network analyser  
  • Hands on to trouble shoot when test issue occurs during test development  
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills 
  • Fast learner with good working attitude and can do spirit  
  • Software experience with Microsoft Excel, ADS, JMP, Agile is desired
