Job Description

You are a seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep expertise and hands-on experience in LWC and Aura, adept at tackling complex challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Senior Principal, you possess advanced knowledge across Salesforce's technical landscape, including its various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative design, and system integrations. You are driven by a passion for solutioning, problem scoping, and leading the execution of hands-on technical implementations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide CRM solution (Salesforce.com)
• Assist business partners with creating requirements, identifying gaps, and formulating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders and development team to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform.
• Lead technical design sessions, documenting solutions that align with the business goals, while providing expert guidance on technical decisions and best practices.
• Support the integration of the next gen systems with the existing Business Application ecosystem (SAP, Custom .NET applications, SQL server data warehouse etc.).
• Work with management, Project Managers, Business Users and development team to scope work and schedule estimates.
• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including:
  • Developing custom solutions and integrations tailored to business needs
  • Offering hands-on, expert-level support to developers in resolving technical challenges
  • Designing and overseeing the execution of test plans to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Demonstrating technical thought leadership in all aspects of Salesforce architecture
  • Applying advanced Apex programming expertise, including core design patterns, bulk processing, trigger management, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and efficient unit testing
  • Utilizing advanced front-end programming skills in LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Must Have Skills

• BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation and support of Salesforce.com solutions
• Experience in implementing CRM solutions, including experience cloud
• Good understanding of Channel Management functions and Quality Management functions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with SQL queries/procedures is preferred.
• Experience working with analytics solutions such as Power BI is preferred
• Understanding of Azure DevOps or any other CI/CD framework.
