•SAW/BAWデバイスのドライエッチングプロセスにおけるプロセス条件の確立、装置改善によるプロセスの安定化、および品質の確保
•プロセスおよび装置の両面からのアプローチによる装置間差異の改善・安定化
•FDCや装置ログなどのデータを用いたプロセス・装置状態のモニタリング手法の構築
•測定方法の確立を含む最適なプロセスフローの確立
•ドライエッチングプロセスおよび装置に関するコスト削減の推進
Responsibilities
Required Experience and Skills
•ドライエッチング以外のプロセスにおけるFDC・装置ログデータを用いた装置モニタリングのご経験、またはAPC手法・システムの構築経験
•業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な日常会話レベル以上の英語力
