Responsibilities
Supplier Management
Monitoring and improvement on supplier’s delivery, operations and quality performance.

Supplier Performance Rating & Supplier Tiering, conduct and facilitate Supplier Development Review (SDR) and/or Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meeting involving management executives from both entities.
サプライヤーパフォーマンス評価とティアリングを実施し、両社の経営幹部が参加するサプライヤー開発レビュー（SDR）や四半期ビジネスレビュー(QBR)会議を運営・促進する。
Participate in Supplier Audit.
サプライヤー監査に参加する。
Build strong relationship and networks with strategic/key suppliers & internal customers.
戦略的／主要サプライヤーおよび社内顧客との強固な関係とネットワークを構築する。
Drive and execute capital investment and pricing strategies. Work closely with cross functional groups. Provide feedback on supplier performance.
設備投資および価格戦略を推進・実行する。部門横断的なグループと緊密に連携する。サプライヤーのパフォーマンスに関するフィードバックを提供する。
Report and analytics
Perform data analysis and statistics to control and support sourcing strategies and strategic planning via data dashboard.

Required Experiences
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong ownership by proactively driving procurement projects from initiation to completion, delivering measurable results with minimal supervision.

language related to supplier and/or vendor agreements and contracts.

Systems skills and working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge.
Desired Experiences
It is preferable to have Bachelor's degree.
学士号取得が望ましい。
調達/サプライ チェーン/資材管理を専門知識を有する人材が望ましい。
It is preferable to be able to communicate in English. Rather than aiming for perfect fluency, focuses on practical and effective English communication, it`s OK to use translation tools as needed to contribute to global collaboration.
英語でのコミュニケーションができることが好ましい。完璧な英語力を目指すのではなく、実践的かつ効果的な英語でのコミュニケーションに注力し、必要に応じて翻訳ツールを活用しながらグローバルと協働できるレベルが望ましい。
