SAWデバイスの技術試作
- 技術試作ロットのマネジメント(スケジューリング、インフラ整備、進捗管理、部門間調整、トラブル対応)
- 試作サイクルタイム低減化推進 (プロセスフロー改善と工程異常低減化)
- 新規プロセスの試作面での立ち上げの推進(開発部門と協力)
- 試作フロー、手順、ルールの改善(システム化、効率化)

- 品質的な知見を持っている
- 口頭での英語のコミュニケーション能力がある

- コミュニケーション能力に長けており、様々な部門のメンバーと折衝や取りまとめができる
