Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
• Check and verify account payable records, prepares vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and balance accounts payable records.
• Coordinate and control monthly closes process timely and accurately, and ensure that results are reported in accordance with company policy.
• Regularly analyze and maintain detailed account reconciliations
• Work with external auditors on tax preparation and annual financial audit to meet the statutory requirement.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and other duties / special projects assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
• BA degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ years experience in Accounting/Finance field, working experience in multinational company a plus
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Fluent in English
• Experience with SAP is a plus
