Description
Responsibilities
- Support automated visual inspection systems and line maintenance activities.
- Monitor daily yield performance and investigate quality-related issues such as overkill and yield loss.
- Develop and improve process database automation tools.
- Perform data analysis using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Support Engineering Abnormal Reports (EAR), Non-Conformance Reviews (NCR), and Special Test Requests (STR).
- Participate in process improvement projects and engineering investigations.
- Assist engineers in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain engineering reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Required Experience and Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Basic engineering problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Visual Studio Code.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or inspection processes.
- Understanding of automation and database concepts.
- Experience with Excel VBA/Macros.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Demonstrated initiative in academic projects, internships, or engineering competitions.
- Continuous improvement mindset and interest in process optimization
