Summary

The person in charge should be well aware of the characteristics of various materials and be able to apply them to process development. In particular, he should be well aware of metal electrodes and piezo materials related to BAW filters and have abundant experience in various thin film technologies to realize them. In addition, he should be well versed in various analysis methods required for process development.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors.
  • Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
  • Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
  • Plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes in photo masking, diffusion, deposition, wafer fabrication, and device physics.

Job Requirements

  • Minimal Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Metallurgy engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in PVD/CVD/Epitaxial Process development function of piezoelectric material
  • Candidates with knowledge on relevant structure and physics of Piezoelectric MEMS resonator
  • Familiar with the Deposition process, Data analysis such as JMP, Failure analysis: FIB/SEM/TEM.
  • Experience in PVD processes such as sputter and evaporator and CVD processes such as PECVD and LPCVD.
  • Experience with various thin film analyzes is necessary as is the case with the development of BAW filter (Film material) analysis: XRD/XRF/FTIR/Raman/SIMS.).
  • Experience with furnace and CMP.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and multi-task
  • Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives and policies of the company
  • Possess good time management, interpersonal, communication and organization skills
