Job Description

  • Responsible for custom filter mask using advanced , non-traditional process technologies.
  • Layout of BAW Resonators and MEMS using full custom physical design flow with Cadence Virtuoso.
  • Perform reticle & wafer level chip assembly using automated scripts & tool kits.
  • Innovative layout design to improve performance and reduce unit cost.
  • Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Material, Electrical or Mechanics specialization
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mask drawing and assemble with Cadence in the field of MEMS, BAW filter or semiconductor device
  • Experience in manufacturing process function, preferably in the field of MEMS or BAW.
  • Ability to handle Microsoft Excel and Power point proficiently 
  • Ability to have daily conversation and write documents and emails in  English
  • Good communication skills, be able to break down complex problems, set priorities, report progress and execute to a schedule.
