Accounting Manager, India
The India Accounting Manager is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations for Skyworks’ India Subsidiary. This is an individual contributor role that will report to the VP, Accounting in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Perform the day-to-day accounting operations for the India subsidiary including accounts payable, payroll and general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Manage the relationship with our third-party accounting firm
- Support the intercompany invoicing & settlement process ensuring the India entity is properly funded at all times
- Manage and process payroll through coordination with our third-party payroll provider
- Partner with HR to address employee payroll and benefit questions and requests
- Ensure compliance with India accounting standards and regulations
- Maintain the India parallel ledger supporting the reconciliation between US GAAP and India GAAP financial statements
- Partner with tax and treasury on any matters related to the India entity

Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Good understanding of India GAAP
- Effective communicator
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Organized with an ability to prioritize the necessary tasks to meet deadlines
- SAP experience is a plus
