Descripción

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, availability, and performance. The role supports standard Preventive Maintenance (PM), Overhaul programs, and Machine-to-Machine Variation (M2MV).This role focuses on restoring and maintaining equipment to baseline operating conditions, validating performance against established standards, and identifying sources of variation that may impact quality, throughput, or equipment availability.

Responsabilidades

Execute and document scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to established maintenance plans.

Coordinate and ensure timely completion of equipment Overhaul activities.

Support and perform Machine-to-Machine Variation (M2MV) studies to maintain process consistency and equipment standardization.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and restore mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems during maintenance activities.Identify and address potential equipment issues before they impact production.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and equipment history.

Track completion of corrective actions identified during PMs, audits, and equipment evaluations.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and vendors to support maintenance and improvement initiatives.Monitor PM, Overhaul, and M2MV compliance metrics and drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, ESD, and operational procedures.

Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Experience using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).Capability to design, modify, and release mechanical parts and fixtures for equipment improvements and repairs.

Knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing tolerances.

Experiencia y Habilidades Deseadas

Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
